Internationalization has become a virtually imperative strategy for companies that intend to achieve growth and play a leading role in the new competitive scenarios dominated by globalization and a continuous increase in competition. In order to anticipate company developments in the quest for new frontiers, the CO.MO.I. Group performs research to analyze the limits and opportunities for companies when they decide to invest abroad. The objective is to give Italian business owners accurate information and support in examining the project from a global point of view: to this end, meetings with selected foreign partners are organized, and companies are assisted by means of meetings with third parties such as local banks, national investment promotion agencies, and/or legal practices for examining tax and administrative matters. The company receives assistance in the definition of projects for expansion abroad by means of direct investment and joint ventures, and financial structure is optimized by means of systems such as public grants, and access to benefits linked to:
- export capital, export finance and forfaiting (ex Legislative Decree 143/98);
- market penetration programmes abroad;
- feasibility studies;
- programmes of export-linked technical assistance.
